Seaside photo diary

Hi, everyone! We're back from our Black sea holiday, full of sun, smiles and unforgetable memories! Fortunately (and hopefully), even better days are to come! The day after tomorrow we're heading to a lovely Greece island to go surfing! That's a great way to keep the summer a little longer as here in Bulgaria the hot days are almost over. And it's amazingly beautiful there, promise to show some photos after! Until then - we wish you to have a lot of fun under the last summer sun rays! :)

Childish as I am

It's official: I'm probably the worst blogger ever.But since my last post I just couldn't make it to post anything. I don't know what's happened with me. I' ve never had such lack of inspiration before. But things are getting better these days. I've got plenty of DIY things to share with you and some new buys as well.

As for today's post, I want to apologise for the poor photo quality. The photos were taken with my really old phone LG KE970i. My camera battery ran dead in the beggining of the photo session and I just couldn't miss my sudden flow of inspiration so I had to use my old, but still useful mobile.
I played with the hues on the Windows photo manager in order to have the vintage, mild-line image that I had in my head. I'm just mad about this photo effect. It looks very romantic to me and such photos always make me smile.

A little DIY bow I made some time ago and some little flowers I just picked from our garden.

Some of my DIY bracelets. I made them from some really old beads I recently found home. Sometimes I'm really happy about the fact that I hardly throw anything away.

I can never get enough of flowers. :)

Captures of May

Here are some photos that G and I took in May, showing some of the nature's beauties in springtime and details of one of my spring outfits. Some of the photos are made with his camera and others with mine, hence the difference in pictures' quality.
On the fifth photo there is something like a shelf or a table, that had been thrown away, standing right next to the garbage bins. :)

Turkish delight

Beauties of Bosnia and Herzegovina

As we promised you earlier, we're going to show you some beautiful photos from G's travel to Bosnia and Herzegovina that he visited about a week ago. There are really picturesque landscapes there and one can stay and just look at the nature and it's beauties in an ultimate calmness and complete solitude. My little treasury

This post is going to be e little bit more personal. Yesterday G left for Bosnia and Herzegovina for the weekend. We hope he’s going to take many great photos to share with you later. Until then, I decided to show you some of my treasures. I call them that way, because each one of them is really precious to me. Because all of them have their histoy and I have a special feeling to every single piece. Let me tell you their stories…



The silver ring

My Mom found this silver ring on the street in a cold winter day a couple of years ago. Since she wears gold, she gave it to me. I love it, although I don't wear it very often because it's quite uncomfortable.

The Miss Sixty watch

A Christmas present from G in 2009. That time I was gone crazy about Miss Sixty watches and jewellery and I desperately wanted to buy a watch. So it was really a great present. And I love its design, I call it 'Dracula' because it looks to me like a coffin. Actually the real name of the model is Sixty Star :)

The Roxy pendant

Another present from G. He gave me this little Roxy pendant last year when I was studying hard for my term exams. It definitely gave me strength and will to pass all of them. :)

The Comme des Garçons inspired skirt

My Mom sewed me this skirt from a fabric she bought for herself couple of years ago. I recently found it and it instantly reminded me of that Comme des Garçons Shirt striped skirt. And since I'm not very good at sewing (unfortunately), I begged her to sew me a skirt from the fabric. She wasn't very keen on my request at first(she sews very rarely as she has much other work to do), but I think she was also pleased by the final result.

It surely does

Today's post is not very much connected with fashion. But just had to post this beautiful photo which G took two days ago while we were hanging out. The interesting thing about it is that the electric post actually is disfunctional. It doesn't have wires. And the blooming tree was so beautiful and it smelled like heaven, with hundreds of bees buzzing around it. I made some colour corrections afterwards and added the text, cause I really liked how it corresponds with the general idea.
